All intellectual property developed by Fakade Innovations remains the property of Fakade Innovations unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence or ownership rights as specified in their service agreement or statement of work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fakade Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.
